This app provides AI-powered features to support your training.
[Free Users]
You can consult the AI up to 3 times per month.
[Premium Plan (Paid Users)]
Premium users have unrestricted access to AI features; however,
to maintain system stability and prevent abuse (e.g., automated spam or excessive continuous requests), we
implement a generous fair use policy.
* Premium AI usage is effectively unlimited for normal use. We reserve the right to temporarily restrict access
if excessive or abusive usage is detected that could harm the system or incur unintended cloud costs.
The AI advice and workout routines provided by this app are for reference purposes only. Please perform exercises at your own risk and consult a medical professional if you have health concerns.
Your data will be handled appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong solely to the developer. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials (Google/Apple accounts, etc.). We are not responsible for any liability or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account by a third party.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

本アプリ「Muscle Step」をご利用いただきありがとうございます。本利用規約は、ユーザーの皆様が本アプリを利用する際の条件を定めるものです。
本アプリでは、トレーニングのサポートとしてAI機能を提供しています。
【無料ユーザー】
月間3回までAIへの相談が可能です。
【プレミアムプラン（有料ユーザー）】
AI機能へのアクセス制限が解除対象となります。ただし、システムの安定稼働およびクラウド破産等のリスクを防ぐため、想定利用範囲内で実質的な無制限としてご提供しております。
※過度な連続利用やシステムに負荷をかける不正な利用が検知された場合は、本システムの保護のため、一時的に制限をかける場合がありますのであらかじめご了承ください。
本アプリが提供するAIのアドバイスやトレーニングメニューは参考情報です。実際のトレーニングにおいては、ご自身の体調管理に十分注意し、怪我のリスク等については自己責任でお願いいたします。
本アプリで取り扱うデータは、プライバシーポリシーに従い適切に管理されます。
本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します。
本アプリに関する著作権、商標権、その他の知的財産権は、すべて当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。無断での複製、転載、改変等を禁じます。
ユーザーは、自身の認証情報（Google/Appleアカウント等）を適切に管理する責任を負います。第三者によるアカウントの不正利用によって損害が生じた場合、当方は責任を負いません。
運用上必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーへの事前通知なしに、本アプリの一部または全部の提供を変更、停止または終了することができるものとします。
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関する紛争については、当方の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
